Pamela, Director of Design for UHFSC, has over 25 years in the hospitality design industry. She brought creativity and strategy to top architecture and interior design firms as part of integrated teams working on up-scale and mid-scale projects and later managed design teams. After studying architecture at the UA-Fayetteville and masters level study in studio arts, she began a career designing Embassy Suites hotels – the beginning of a creative and diverse work history with most major brands. She specializes in custom design for hotels, restaurants, golf clubs and limited workplace projects.
With two decades of designing for franchisees behind her, Pamela joined the Design and Construction department at IHG, gaining understanding of the franchisor role. During her tenure as a Senior Design and Plan Review Consultant, she led an effort to substantially reduced time to project within the department. The result was the well received IHG Design/ Construction Immersion which she developed and launched in 2014.
When not providing design services she enjoys creating art and supporting both ASPCA and first responders.
